Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Branc Motion Talent ("Branc Motion", "we", "us") collects and uses personal information through brancmotiontalent.com (the "Platform") — whether you're applying to be represented, an active creator, a brand contact, or Platform staff.

If you apply to be represented, your application includes:

• Name, email, phone, location, and country.
• Social media handles, profile URLs, and follower/engagement figures you report.
• Audience demographics you report (top country, age range, gender split).
• Rate expectations, availability, previous brand work, and a portfolio link, if provided.
• Anything you write in the free-text fields (e.g. why you want management).

If you become a represented creator, we additionally hold:

• Your account login (managed through our authentication provider, Supabase).
• Profile details you or your manager add — bio, languages, niches, timezone.
• Contract status, contract dates, and commission percentage.
• Content you upload for campaign deliverables (video, images, captions, scripts) and any feedback comments on that content.
• Campaign, invoice, and payout records — fees, commission amounts, currency, payout status, and a payment method label/reference (we do not store bank account or card numbers on the Platform).
• Internal evaluation notes written by staff. These are never visible to you or to brand clients.

If you're a brand contact, we hold your name, email, and the campaign/approval activity tied to your account.

For all visitors, we collect basic, aggregated usage analytics (pages viewed, load performance) through Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights. This does not identify you individually and isn't used for advertising.

The Platform uses a session cookie set by our authentication provider (Supabase) so you stay signed in. This is strictly necessary for the Platform to function — we don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

• To evaluate creator applications and decide on representation.
• To manage the representation relationship and coordinate campaigns and deliverables.
• To track invoices and payouts for bookkeeping.
• To communicate with you about applications, campaigns, or your account.
• To keep the Platform secure and working correctly.

We don't sell personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Platform:

• Brand clients — see content you submit for their own campaigns, and campaign-level status. They don't see your internal evaluation notes, other brands' campaigns, or your contract/commission terms.
• Service providers — Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage) and Vercel (hosting and analytics), who process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.
• Legal reasons — if required by law or to protect our rights.

We keep represented-creator and campaign data for as long as needed for the relationship and our recordkeeping obligations (including financial records we may need to retain after a relationship ends). If your application isn't approved, we keep it for a limited period in case we revisit fit for a future campaign, and delete it sooner on request.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask what we hold, by emailing talent@brancmotion.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time. Some information (like financial records tied to a completed campaign) may need to be retained even after a deletion request, where we have a legal or accounting obligation to keep it.

Access to Platform data is restricted by role — a creator can only see their own records, a brand contact only their own brand's, and staff-only fields (like internal evaluation notes) are never exposed to creators or brands. Data is stored with our infrastructure provider, Supabase, and transmitted over encrypted connections.

The Platform is intended for use by people old enough to enter a representation agreement in their jurisdiction. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
